  • Pages and accounts you visit, content you click, and content you show interest in;
  • Messages and communications you send via the Platform;
  • Content you store, save, or favorite in your account;

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 General Site Administration & Services

We use your information to:

  • Provide the services you request (e.g., access to the Platform, broadcasting, chatting);
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;
  • Manage your account and preferences;
  • Send you emails or notifications about:
    • Account activity and changes;
    • Purchases, renewals, and billing matters;
    • Security alerts and warnings;
    • Broadcasts, content alerts, or site updates;
    • Newsletters or announcements (where permitted).

You can update your email address or certain preferences in your account settings.

4.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle any purchases you make through the Platform. Their collection and use of your payment details is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. You should review those policies on their websites.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you enable two-factor authentication and provide a phone number:

  • Your number is stored in your account;
  • It is sent to a third party (such as Twilio) to deliver verification codes by SMS or similar means;
  • Twilio (or another provider) uses your number only to provide these verification services under their own terms.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

We use third-party tools to help prevent fraud and abuse. For this purpose, we may share:

  • IP address;
  • Device information;
  • Access and usage patterns.

This information helps us detect suspicious or abusive behavior that could harm the Platform or its users. Certain information may be retained for an extended period to support security and fraud prevention.

4.5 Content Review & Age Assurance

All content (text, images, audio, and video, including live streams) may be reviewed automatically and/or manually to check compliance with our Terms and the law. For broadcasters who do not show their face (for example, using masks or limited camera angles), we may occasionally interrupt to request a selfie to confirm legal age. These images are stored as part of age-verification records and reviewed by trained staff.

4.6 Registration Information & How We Use It

General Account Registration

To create an account, you must provide at least:

  • A username; and
  • Your date of birth (to verify minimum age).

Your profile and bio may include public information such as:

  • Displayed age (which does not have to be your real age, but must not imply you used the Platform before reaching the age of majority);
  • Gender and genders you are interested in;
  • Optional details such as location, "about me" text, wishlists, and other profile components.

All of this profile information is considered public, even if your profile or certain content is password-protected.

Independent Broadcasters

If you want to receive tokens or payouts as an Independent Broadcaster, we must collect additional information, including:

  • A clear, color copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID;
  • A short live video or burst of selfie images for age and identity verification;
  • Payout ("pay to") details such as bank account or address;
  • Tax information required by law;
  • Where payouts are made to another person (e.g., partner or business), that person must also complete age verification.

We are required by law (including U.S. federal law) to maintain age-verification documents for seven (7) years from the last date content associated with your account is made available. We may report payments to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and other tax authorities where required.

Independent Affiliates

If you join as an affiliate to promote the Platform, we may collect:

  • Payout details (bank account or address);
  • Tax information;
  • Age-verification data where required.

We may report affiliate payments to tax agencies as required by law.

4.7 Public Information

The Platform includes features such as:

  • Public chat and private/direct messages;
  • Message boards and blogs;
  • Tip notes and public tipping activity;
  • Livestreams and recorded content;
  • User profile pages and bios.

Anything you share through these features may be treated as public information, even if:

  • You use private or direct messaging; or
  • You restrict access with a password.

We may review and monitor public information for compliance with our Terms. Your tipping and token use may affect how your username appears (for example, different colors or badges).

4.8 Information Use Beyond Our Control

Except for your government ID and age-verification selfie, all information and content you share on the Platform should be treated as public. We cannot control how other users:

  • Save, copy, record, or share your content;
  • Use any personal information you reveal in chat, streams, or your profile.

To protect your privacy, we strongly recommend:

  • Using a unique username that is not linked to your real name or social media;
  • Avoiding the disclosure of your full name, exact address, workplace, or other identifying details.

4.9 Location-Based Services

We may use approximate location data (often based on IP address) so that broadcasters or users can restrict content visibility to or from certain regions or countries, and for security, analytics, and legal compliance purposes.

4.10 Community Support

We offer community support directly and via third parties. If you contact support, your communications may be recorded, monitored, and stored for training, quality assurance, and to help resolve future issues.

5. How We May Share Your Information

We may share or disclose your information in the following ways:

  • Username: Displayed with messages, tips, content, and broadcasts you participate in or create.
  • Gender and interests: Used to categorize your account so that users can find content and accounts they prefer.
  • IP address, device and usage data: Shared with trusted providers for hosting, performance, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and optimization.
  • Usage and interaction history: Used internally to suggest content you may like and to improve the Platform.
  • Third-party service providers:
    • Web hosting and content delivery;
    • Payment and payout processing;
    • Fraud and abuse prevention;
    • Customer or community support tools.
  • Legal and regulatory obligations: We may share age-verification records and other required information to comply with laws and regulations.
  • Law enforcement and protection: We may share account data in response to valid legal requests or where we believe it is required to protect the Platform, users, or others, or to investigate suspected illegal activity.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use technical and organizational measures (including encryption and access controls) to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While no system is completely secure, we apply reasonable safeguards based on the sensitivity of the data we handle.

7. Deleting Your Information

You can request deletion of your personal data by using our deletion tool (as provided on the Platform). When you request deletion:

  • We delete your personal data according to our retention policies and applicable law;
  • Your username may be retained to prevent impersonation and abuse;
  • If your account is restricted, suspended, or banned at the time of your request, we may convert that status to a permanent ban and retain minimal records needed to enforce restrictions;
  • If you have tokens, purchases, subscriptions, or content associated with your account at the time of deletion, you forfeit any remaining balances or access and agree you are not entitled to refunds or transfers;
  • We retain any records required by law (including age-verification records) for as long as legally required.

8. Biometric & Age-Verification (AV) Documents Policy

8.1 AV Documents

"AV Documents" include:

  • A clear, color image of your valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID;
  • A short live burst or series of selfie images (or similar capture);
  • Other related images used for age and identity verification.

Your selfie appears on your age-verification page and is used by our compliance team to match you to your ID and your broadcasts/payouts.

8.2 Third-Party Technology

We may use technology from third-party providers such as Incode Technologies, Inc. and/or Jumio Corporation to:

  • Verify your identity;
  • Prevent fraud and abuse;
  • Help ensure minors and unauthorized users do not gain broadcaster/affiliate access.

These providers may process:

  • Selfie images and ID images;
  • Biometric identifiers such as face geometry;
  • Onboarding or verification activity data.

Their use of this data is subject to their own privacy policies. If you do not want your AV Documents and related data handled in this way, you must not submit AV Documents.

8.3 Biometric Data

Biometric data includes unique biological characteristics that can identify you, such as face geometry, fingerprints, or retina scans. We primarily rely on facial geometry derived from selfies and ID images for verification purposes.

8.4 Biometric Data We May Collect

When you submit AV Documents, we may:

  • Capture a 3D scan of your face geometry;
  • Ask you to complete a short selfie sequence;
  • Use similar scans or checks during your broadcasts to confirm that the person streaming matches the verified account holder (where available).

8.5 Why We Collect Biometric Data

We use biometric data to:

  • Verify your age and identity;
  • Help prevent minors and unauthorized persons from broadcasting or receiving payouts;
  • Confirm that the same person who completed verification is the person using the account.

8.6 How Your Biometric Data Is Stored

  • Your selfie is cropped and stored separately from your ID documents;
  • AV Documents (ID images, name, date of birth) are stored securely in a separate system;
  • Only trained age-verification personnel have access to AV Documents;
  • Biometric templates (for example, face geometry) are stored securely and used only for verification and related security checks.

8.7 How Long Biometric Data Is Kept

Biometric data is kept for the same period as AV Documents, currently seven (7) years from the last date content associated with your account was available through the Platform, or as otherwise required by law.

8.8 Person Code

Upon successful age verification, you may be assigned a unique "Person Code" to help us:

  • Track your identity across accounts;
  • Assist you more efficiently in support interactions.

Only one Person Code is assigned per individual. You should keep it confidential. We may still require additional information to verify your identity in support interactions.

8.9 No Obligation to Accept AV Documents

We decide which forms of identification we accept, based on location and reliability. Examples of documents we may reject include:

  • Handwritten or paper-only IDs;
  • IDs with outdated photos that do not closely resemble your current appearance;
  • IDs where photos do not reflect major changes (e.g., extensive tattoos, surgery, or other material differences).

9. Cookies & Similar Technologies

9.1 What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Your browser sends them back to the site each time you return, allowing the site to recognize you and remember certain information.

9.2 Other Tracking Technologies

We may also use:

  • Web beacons or tracking pixels (tiny, often invisible images);
  • Device identifiers in mobile apps.

These technologies work in a similar way to cookies and help us understand usage, improve performance, and, where applicable, support advertising or affiliate tracking.

9.3 How We Use Cookies

We generally group cookies and similar technologies into four categories:

  1. Essential / Service Cookies – Needed for basic site functionality, such as keeping you logged in, enabling navigation, and processing your actions.
  2. Experience / Preference Cookies – Remember your settings (such as language and region) and help us provide improved, more relevant content.
  3. Analytics / Performance Cookies – Help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve navigation, features, and content.
  4. Advertising / Targeting Cookies – May be used to display more relevant ads, measure ad effectiveness, and count views or clicks.

You can usually control cookies via your browser or device settings. However, disabling some cookies may affect how the Platform functions.

10. Contact, Access & Data Tools

10.1 Self-Service Data Export

We offer a self-service tool that allows you to review and download certain personal information we hold about you. The tool is available through the security/privacy sections of your account (where provided).
