1. Adults Only

This platform is for adults who are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority where they live, whichever is higher. Anyone under that age is strictly forbidden from using the site, even if they try to appear older or disguise their age.

We may permanently ban:

  • Anyone under the age of majority;
  • Anyone who appears underage due to clothing, makeup, filters, props, room decor, or roleplay;
  • Anyone discussing, sharing, or linking underage content;
  • Anyone trying to promote or engage in underage roleplay ("age play").

All suspected minor activity may be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies. If you see anything that looks underage or unsafe, report it immediately.

2. What the Platform Is

The site provides tools for adults to:

  • Chat through text and video;
  • Broadcast livestreams;
  • Share adult or non-adult content;
  • Interact with other users (called "Community Members").

Independent Broadcasters (users who receive tokens) can set their own broadcast rules, as long as they follow the law and platform policies. Users may also stream on other sites, but you cannot promote other live-streaming services on this platform.

3. Accessing the Service & What to Expect

By accessing or using the platform, you understand and agree that:

  • You will see adult content, including nudity and sexual activity;
  • Content may involve multiple adults and different types of adult activity;
  • You must be of legal age and willing to view adult material;
  • If you do not agree with these Terms, you must leave the platform immediately.

Some features, such as tipping or advanced functions, may require you to create an account.

4. Zero Tolerance for Minors & Exploitation

4.1 Adults Only

You must be at least the age of majority where you live. If we suspect that you are not, your account may be closed and you may be reported to authorities.

4.2 Reporting

We may report suspected violations of our age rules and any suspected child exploitation to NCMEC and other law enforcement agencies.

4.3 No Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM") is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any minor depicted in sexual or suggestive ways;
  • Any simulated depictions (adults made to look like minors, dolls, cartoons, animation, etc.);
  • Any discussion of sexual activity involving minors;
  • Any underage or "age play" roleplay involving minor themes.

If this is the type of content you seek, you must leave immediately. You will be banned and may be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

4.4 User-Generated Content

Content is created by Community Members, not by the platform. We provide tools for broadcasting and sharing content but are not the producers of user content.

4.5 Reporting Other Violations

If you see behavior that violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct, you should report it using our reporting tools or support contact. We review all reports as quickly as reasonably possible and generally within four business days.

5. Your Account

5.1 Creating an Account

To access non-public parts of the platform, you may need to create an account (your "Account"). You will choose a username and password. Independent Broadcasters must also provide identity and age verification.

Your username:

  • Cannot impersonate someone else;
  • Cannot suggest illegal or prohibited activity;
  • Cannot violate any other rights or these Terms.

5.2 Shared Accounts

If more than one age-verified person uses the same Account, the person who controls the Account is:

  • The person whose email is on file, or
  • If payout data exists, the person listed as the payee.

Only this person can request major changes, like email changes, payee changes, or two-factor authentication changes.

5.3 Studio Accounts

Studio Accounts are controlled by a studio that manages multiple sub-accounts. The Studio is considered the owner of those sub-accounts, including their followers, images, and associated data.

5.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure, and for all activity under your Account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us and log out after each session. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

5.5 License to Use the Platform

You receive a limited, personal, revocable license to access and use the platform. You may not:

  • Download, reproduce, or redistribute content except where explicitly allowed by the content owner;
  • Abuse promotions, offers, or platform features;
  • Bypass or misuse any system designed to limit or control access.

5.6 No Solicitations

You may not use the platform to promote:

  • Other live-streaming websites or apps;
  • Any pay-per-meet or escorting services;
  • The sale of controlled substances (including cannabis), weapons, or illegal materials;
  • Multi-level marketing or similar schemes.

5.7 Billing & Tokens

Community Members can deposit money that is converted into tokens. Tokens can be used on the platform for things like tipping Independent Broadcasters or purchasing items on their profile pages. Certain transactions may be processed by an EU-based payment partner.

5.8 Auto-Refill

We may offer an Auto-Token Refill feature. If enabled, your selected token package will be automatically repurchased using your saved payment method once your balance falls below a threshold you set. You can disable or adjust this in your Account settings. You’ll receive a notice each time an auto-refill is processed.

5.9 Token Use

  • All token tips are treated as gratuities and are final once sent.
  • You may not demand or promise specific acts in exchange for tips.
  • Broadcasters may use "tip menus" to encourage engagement, but tips do not create any legal right to a specific act.
  • Broadcasters may not request off-platform payments, except where the platform explicitly allows links such as wish lists.
  • If you believe you were billed in error, you must notify us within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement.

5.10 Member Content (User-Created Content)

"Member Content" includes videos, images, and other materials created or shared by Community Members or Independent Broadcasters.

By uploading or streaming Member Content, you represent that:

  • You own the content or have all rights needed to use and share it;
  • You grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for operating and promoting the platform;
  • You grant other Community Members who acquire your content a perpetual, irrevocable license to view that content through the platform.

We may remove any Member Content that we believe violates these Terms or any law.

5.11 Private Shows

Private shows may be recorded by default and the recording made available to the purchasing Community Member(s). Broadcasters can disable this feature in their settings. These recordings are treated as Member Content and subject to the same license rules.

5.12 Fan Clubs

Independent Broadcasters can create fan clubs with a monthly fee. Fan club memberships renew automatically each month until canceled. What is included in a fan club is determined by the Broadcaster, subject to these Terms and our policies.

5.13 Warning About Streaming

Other users may, without your permission, record or copy your broadcasts and share them elsewhere. By streaming, you accept this risk and agree that the platform is not responsible for any such activity, including any violation of privacy or intellectual property rights.

5.14 Communications Through the Platform

We cannot guarantee the security or privacy of information you share via chat, messages, or video. You should:

  • Avoid sharing real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal data;
  • Assume all chats, including private messages, may be treated as public;
  • Understand that some Broadcasters may have moderators or assistants helping with communication, and they must disclose this if asked.

5.15 Public Information & Off-Platform Interactions

Any information or content you share on your profile, in chat, or via streams is considered public. We do not recommend meeting or interacting with other users off-platform. If you do, it is at your own risk and we cannot assist with disputes or problems that occur off-platform.

6. Your Privacy Rights

When you use the platform, we collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy & Cookies Policy. This includes the use of cookies and technology that tracks usage, performance, and location. You should review that policy for details about how your data is used and your rights.

7. Ending Your Account

7.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time using the account cancellation tools or by contacting support.

  • If you are a Broadcaster, remaining token value is paid out to the payout method on file on the next scheduled payout date.
  • If you are not a Broadcaster and have unused deposited funds, you may request a refund, minus any third-party processing fees.
  • After we process your cancellation, you will lose access to non-public areas and Member Content in your Account.

7.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected illegal activity or violation of these Terms or our community standards.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Once your Account is terminated or banned:

  • You will be locked out of the platform and your Account;
  • You will lose access to your Member Content and data associated with your Account;
  • We are not obligated to maintain, store, or provide copies of your content or messages.

8. Your Promises to Us

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally allowed to access adult material in your location;
  • You are not and have never been listed on any sex offender registry;
  • You voluntarily choose to access adult material for your own personal use;
  • You understand and accept that some content may be explicit and agree to stop using the platform if it does not meet your community standards;
  • You will not violate the rights of other Community Members or any third party;
  • Any content you upload or stream is your own original work and does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
  • You will follow all applicable laws and these Terms at all times.

9. Indemnity (Your Responsibility to Protect Us)

If your actions or use of the platform cause a claim, loss, or legal issue for us, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless. This includes covering our reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs related to any claim arising from your violation of these Terms or any law.

10. Content Rules

10.1 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Responsibilities

If you post or perform explicit sexual content, U.S. law may require you to maintain age verification records for the people depicted. You are responsible for knowing and complying with these legal requirements.

10.2 Content Submitted to the Platform

All materials you submit or stream remain your property, but by using the platform you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display that content to provide and promote the service. You also grant other Community Members a license to view content they have acquired from you through the platform.

You must not upload content that you did not create or do not have the right to share. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms, our Code of Conduct, and our Content Submission Guidelines.

10.3 Deleting Your Content

You may request that we remove content you submitted. We may retain copies for legal and age-verification purposes and for the rights already granted to other Community Members. Content already acquired by other users will remain available in their Accounts and we cannot remove copies they may have made outside the platform.

10.4 No Endorsement of Member Content

We do not endorse or guarantee any Member Content. We may remove infringing, illegal, or rule-breaking content when properly notified or when we discover it, but we are not obligated to monitor all user content.

10.5 Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the platform without permission, you may send a DMCA notice to our designated agent following the requirements set by law. If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice. Repeat infringers may have their Accounts terminated.

11. Code of Conduct

We provide a platform for users to share their own content. To keep the platform safe and lawful, all Community Members must follow our Code of Conduct and related content guidelines, which explain what is and is not allowed. These rules may change over time, and you are responsible for staying up to date.

12. Promotion & Affiliates

Registered users may be eligible to join our affiliate program and earn commissions for referring new users. Details are provided in our Affiliate Terms, which form part of these Terms.

13. Other Important Terms

13.1 Links to Other Sites

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. These are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or security. Visiting any external site is at your own risk.

13.2 Proprietary Information

The platform, including its design and underlying code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission. Automated tools (such as bots, crawlers, or data mining software) may not be used to scrape or extract data from the platform.

13.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • That defects will be corrected;
  • That information obtained through the platform will be accurate or reliable.

You use the platform at your own risk. Any content or data downloaded or obtained through the platform is done at your own discretion and risk.

13.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed:

  • The unused portion of your virtual currency if we discontinue it or you close your account, or
  • $250 USD, whichever is less.

We are not responsible for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, except where required by law or caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13.5 Complaints

To report a complaint about the platform or another user, you may contact support. In trying to resolve your complaint, we may share some or all of your complaint with relevant users or parties involved.

13.6 Choice of Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

13.7 Arbitration & No Class Actions

Any dispute related to your use of the platform will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, not in court. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, but the arbitrator can award the same damages a court could on an individual basis.

You agree that:

  • Class actions, class-wide arbitrations, and similar representative proceedings are not allowed;
  • Claims may not be combined without the consent of all parties involved.

13.8 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the platform. If there is a conflict between these Terms and another policy, these Terms control unless expressly stated otherwise.

13.9 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that part will be applied as closely as possible to its original intent, and the rest of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
